For providers

Your listing may already be on PMHNP.com. Listings come from the public NPI registry. To claim it, open Claim profile, sign in, and search for your name. Enter your NPI. We check that the NPI registry name and state match your listing, then the admin reviews the claim. You can also open your public listing and choose Claim this profile. That starts the same claim.

If you do not find your name, use Request a new listing on the Claim page and enter your NPI. The admin reviews that too. A new listing is not created until it is approved.

After approval, $10.99 a month starts your PMHNP.com membership once your subscription is active. You can download your member card from your Dashboard, edit the listing, update the phone, add a photo and bio, get the Verified badge, and appear first in search. Your NPI is your member ID. Membership and the card are valid only while your subscription is active. A practice can also request to manage a listing. Patients see the most recent save.

Partner discounts will be added when a company agrees. Membership is a directory benefit, not a license or certification.
