Privacy and Terms
PMHNP.com, LLC operates this directory. Listings are built from the public NPI registry at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov. The name, city, state, and practice phone shown on a listing come from that public record. We do not invent or buy listings.
Contact form
The contact form collects your name, email, and message. It is for questions about PMHNP.com only. It is not a way to reach a provider and not a way to ask for medical advice. Messages are reviewed by the site administrator. To reach a provider, use the Call button on their listing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. PMHNP.com, LLC does not store your full card number. Membership is a directory benefit that lets a provider edit their listing, receive a member card, and appear with a Verified badge while the subscription is active. Membership is not a professional credential and ends when payment stops. If a practice manages a listing and the provider leaves the company, it is the practice's responsibility to cancel or remove their management of that listing.
Provider responsibility
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of any listing they claim or edit. Imported listings reflect the public NPI record at the time of import. Providers can update their NPI registry information directly with CMS if a phone number or other detail is outdated.
What we do not do
PMHNP.com does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a directory only. In a crisis, call or text 988.
Data
We collect the information you submit through the contact form and the information required to create a provider or student account and process a membership. We do not sell personal information. Account data is used to operate the directory, process claims, and manage memberships.
Advertising measurement
On provider pages only (Claim, Pricing, For Students, sign-in, and the provider Dashboard) we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising to providers. It sends Meta the page visited, browser details, and, after a membership checkout, a purchase of $10.99 USD. It is never used on search results or provider profiles, and it is off for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You can limit this by blocking cookies or using Facebook's ad settings.
Claims that are not approved
If your claim is not approved, you are responsible for canceling your subscription in Stripe. PMHNP.com does not issue automatic refunds.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
