PMHNP.com pulls provider listings from the public NPI registry. Federal rules require you to update your NPI record within 30 days of any change to your phone, address, or other information.

How to update

1. Go to https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov
2. Sign in to your NPI account.
3. Open your NPI record and edit your phone, address, or other details.
4. Save and submit the changes.

Updates usually appear in the public registry within a few days. You can also call the NPI Enumerator at 1-800-465-3203 if you need help signing in.
