How to claim your listing and become a member
1. Pay on the Pricing page
Go to the Pricing page and click Get started. Pay the $10.99 per month membership through secure Stripe checkout. You do not need an account first.
2. Land on the Claim your listing page
After payment, you are taken to the Claim your listing page. It confirms your payment.
3. Create an account or sign in
Create an account with your email and a password, or sign in if you already have one. Your account is how you edit your listing later.
4. Search for your name and enter your NPI
Search for your name and pick your listing. Enter your 10-digit NPI so we can check it against the national NPI registry. If you cannot find your name, request a new listing with your NPI.
5. We review and approve
We confirm the name and state on your NPI match the listing, then review and approve the claim. Your listing goes live only after admin approval. Then it shows the Verified badge, appears first in search, and you can edit your profile, upload a photo, and add to your bio.
