Find your listing and click “Claim this profile.” Claiming is free. If you’d like full editing, you can become a member (optional).

Can’t find your listing?

Become a member and request that it be created. We’ll review your NPI and add it after approval.

Students can create an account to explore the directory.

You can claim a listing once you have your NPI and are ready to practice.

A practice can manage a listing by sending a separate Practice request.

Enter the provider’s name and NPI. We’ll review it, and after approval either the provider or the practice can pay and edit.

Can't find your listing?

Create an account, then request a listing. The account is only your login. The listing is created after the admin approves your NPI.
